Our Design Process
S-IAD understands that the success of your multi-family project begins with an intensive investigation of your potential site to determine its opportunities, risks, and potential yield. Thus our process always begins with a feasibility study. Through this study we work to provide you with a comprehensive picture of the projects potential yield, ideal housing typology, infrastructure availability, site opportunities + risks as well as community enhancement potential.
Once we have reached the point where you are confident in the numbers to ensure the projects success, we further collaborate with you to develop the appropriate vision + housing typology for the site. This includes careful consideration of building massing, floor plans, unit layouts, building elevation aesthetics, site + community integration as well as the development of any required interior or exterior amenity spaces. We strive to create a true sense of community in every project. Our goal is to collaborate with you to create multi-family buildings and communities which will become a landmark in the broader community, a place where all residents will be proud to call home.
