TECHTURE STARTUP RANCH - MASTERPLAN

The Techture Startup Ranch was conceived as the ideal mix between Technology + Nature; a space for entrepreneurs in the Tech space to have a natural and healthy place to focus on building their businesses. The property is located in the majestic colorado rockies offering stunning views, clean air and an idylic connection to nature. The Techture Startup Ranch will offer several small cabins providing private space for entrepreneurs to rest, re-energize and focus. However, a large communal home will offer guests who want a more lively experience a great place to stay and collaborate. In addition the ranch will offer a workshop, complete with Yoga studio. This will offer users the chance to take a break, and get their hands dirty as they seek creative inspiration. Meanwhile the yoga studio will ensure guests are able to keep their minds and bodies healthy. Finally a collaborative workspace and dining hall will offer users the perfect space to collaborate and bounce ideas off of each other.
