The Passive Triad Apartments are designed to be Passive House Certified multi-family apartment buildings. The 3 mid rise buildings consist of a heavy timber structure with CLT flooring. In total the development offered 114 units within a variety of unit sizes. Each building offers rooftop amenity space within a roof with optimized slope to maximize the efficiency of the rooftop solar array.
