Folsom House started as a south-western architectural piece in need of a facelift. The home is located on a beautiful lot located along a greenspace, meaning that the exterior space of the home was just as important as the interior. Leaning into the south-western massing of the home, the exterior was completely remodeled with desert neutral tones and a mix of stone, stucco and wood look materials. These perfectly suited the homes existing form. Meanwhile the homes main entrance was remodeled to be more in keeping with its architectural style. A rear covered pergola was added to ensure the residents could make the most of the beautiful backyard.
